Also due to my own carelessness, I trusted the image that shows two collars and a transmitter, but instead there is only one collar. I wrote to the store to ask if I could purchase a second necklace but they are not responding. The return is impossible because clicking on the return item directs us to an advertising site for other products.

Arrived in good state.. Product quality is great, comes with manuel in English. Easy set up.
It works perfectly well emission and reception. I use it with two dogs and it's perfect. The shipment was received very quickly and in perfect condition. I have had others but this one has the highest quality by far.
Have no idea why i'm writing this maybe because of the coins. But be careful with teaser. It's really powerful so don't play games with this stuff.
